(Work in progress...)
Here, I'll be archiving some of my non-institutional writing.
"The passage of time is like a staircase leading upward.
Once you start doubting it, your steps will only grow heavier. So, you just have to take it one step at a time, climbing upward without overthinking. Since it's a staircase, there are no branching paths.
Regrets like 'If only I had done this back then' are pointless. And the whole 'life is a series of choices' thing—that's really just a useless sigh people let out of regret when they look back after a failure.
Just keep stepping forward, step by step, toward the tomorrow that naturally follows the past. What kind of future we are walking into remains a mystery for now."
My writing is exactly like this.

This is a small anthology archiving my favorite translated works from 2020 to 2022, spanning poetry, essays, and critiques. The originals are mostly in English and German, with only Breton's piece translated from French. Please forgive any mistakes and feel free to correct me.
For me, translating, much like hand-copying, is a way of possessing the text. Except translating (at least mine) feels a bit more selfish: I plunge into the original author's head on my own terms, using my own experiences to hastily yet firmly deconstruct and reshape it in my own language. It’s similar to the oral stage: feeling overwhelmed by excessively beautiful words, I simply have to do something, devour them fiercely, otherwise I’ll be left restless. So, I translate. (If it's a native work, I can only hand-copy it.)
Interestingly, after participating in some commercial translation projects in 2022-2023, I stopped translating literature systematically. Maybe I lost interest, or maybe my life focus just shifted. But I still love words, and I might pick up some small projects in the future. I'm also very open to chatting or collaborating. (^^)
